Die Handwerksbäckerei von der Schwäbischen Alb in Böhringen verarbeitet seit jeher heimisches BIO-Getreide zu Backwaren. Das Getreide stammt von Vertragsbauern und wird in der Böhringer Mühle sowie der Stelzenmühle in Bad Wurzach gemahlen. Besonderer Fokus liegt auf alten Sorten wie Schwäbischer Albdinkel, Schwäbischer Albweizen und Schwäbischer Albroggen. Die Herstellung erfolgt in der Backstube nach alter Tradition mit langer Teigruhe und Sauerteig. Die Rohstoffe kommen möglichst aus der Region.
